Poem for rape victim

Photo by Annie Spratt on Unsplash

The rapist is the highest of all.

Down, down, down into the darkness of

Gently it goes — the noise, the

heinous evil

I couldn’t help but stop and look at the guilt suspects

Now being blamed is just a thing.

To get me wondering if the suspects are at fault.

Of course there are, they should have lowered their gaze.

The yellow victim sings emotionally as more believable.

Are you upset by how sensationalistic it is?

Does it tear you apart to the victim so Aphenphosmphobia?

Don’t believe the survivor is male?

The survivor is female beyond belief.

Now being feminine is just the thing.

To get me wondering if the survivor is already recuperating.

Rate my poem from 0-10, I hope I tried 🤭🙈 Thank you
